The Invisible War
"For we are not fighting against people made of flesh and blood, but against the evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against those mighty powers of darkness who rule this world, and against wicked spirits in the heavenly realms."(Ephesians 6:12)
There is a great conflict that has been going on for ages upon ages. It has not been a battle between military powers, political leaders of people groups. However this battle has been an invisible battle between forces of good and evil (no I'm not talking about a sci-fi fiction). I am speaking of a battle over glory and honor.
God is the one and true living God who is deserving of all glory and honor. Yet there is an enemy that seeks to garner that same glory and honor, Satan. The manifestation of this struggle though it takes place in the supernatural is played out in the natural.
This lesson will help us understand the backdrop and purpose for "Spiritual Warfare" and helps us find our place in it.
Spiritual warfare is not something to be afraid of or avoided yet with Godly wisdom we are to "fight the good fight of faith."
